5 Steps to Improving Your Product Suite Before the New Year

With the new year coming up, it's time to start upgrading your offer suite!
Trust me, I know there's plenty of time before 2022 makes its way around the corner, but it doesn't hurt to get the wheels turning and planning your upcoming offers in advance.
In this post, I'm going to be giving you 5 steps to improve your overall product suite before the new year. It's important to let ideas marinate so remember to give yourself space and make sure what you're working on is really what you want to be offering in your business.

Heading into the new year is a great time to revisit your current packages and see if there's anything that needs to be freshened up, anything that needs to be dropped, or even anything new you want to bring into your offer suite.
Step 1: Reviewing your numbers - You should be comparing your different streams of income and what brought in what percentage of revenue into your business. For example, Five Figure Flow is always a top revenue driver for me year after year and so I make sure to prioritize refreshing it to keep it relevant and innovative.
Step 2: Reviewing your personal goals for the upcoming year - If you truly want to scale up the amount of clients you take, be on less calls, and work with less or more 1:1 clients, you need to take into consideration your lifestyle, needs, and desires. Yes your business is super important, but don't forget your personal needs here.
Step 3: Looking at where it's time to innovate - Based on what you want to keep in your offer suite and how well it performs when you evaluate your sales numbers, think about if there is anything that needs new life. See if there’s an offer or product existing that you can freshen up when going into the new year.
Step 4: Being honest with yourself about what needs to go - If there's an offer that isn't doing well, or a pricing suite that needs to get trashed, it might be time to retire it. Stop holding onto things that are no longer serving you.
Step 5: Introducing new offers that excite you - When it comes to any new offers, make sure to evaluate the bigger picture, numbers, and goals behind it. Any new ideas that you come up with have to align with your financial goals and your personal goals.
